The eligibility of a spouse of a disabled person unqualified for vocational rehabilitation will only be examined if the disabled submitted a claim for vocational rehabilitation, which was denied due to inaptitude for rehabilitation.
In addition, spouses of a disabled person must meet the following conditions:
- They are permanently living with the disabled.
- The disabled receives a disability pension increment for the spouse.
- They have not reached retirement age yet.
- They are apt for vocational training based on their level of education, medical condition and physical shape.
- They don't have any vocation or are unable to make a living in their vocation.
- They are not entitled to vocational rehabilitation for another reason.
